About us....

Acting Out UK is a local yet highly established drama school who offer lots of different classes in the Performing Arts to children and teenagers of all ages. We also have a thriving adult department offering a variety of classes in Drama, Musical Theatre and Public Speaking.

All of our teachers are highly trained, experienced and are professional performers. Additionally many of them also teach with larger drama schools such as MGA and StageCoach, yet Acting Out UK still keep tuition prices affordable.

Members of Promote YT, a national organisation funded by Creative Scotland and Professional Teaching Associates of the UKA, Acting Out UK seek to promote and develop quality youth and adult theatre in Scotland.

About the Classes....

We explore all aspects of drama including acting, singing, performing, improvisation and movement.

We encourage team working and confidence building within the individual and the group as a whole.

We try to work with smaller class sizes so that we can offer as much individual attention as possible to each student (the average number of students in one class is 14)

We offer medals and qualifications through the United Kingdom Alliance in Dance and Drama (soon to be recognised by SQA).

We act as a casting agency for all our students - we want you (or your child) to progress, get experience and work!
